The Importance of Having a Mentor

No matter how good you are at your craft, there really is nothing like being able to have a mentor.  Most business owners and successful online entrepreneurs will admit that a mentor was a big part of their success.

A lot of people feel like they can do everything on their own and this is something that can lead to a lot of problems.

If you are serious about succeeding in life, you will need to know the importance of having a mentor.  There really is nothing like having someone tell you that what you are currently doing is wrong. A lot of people go through life without having an idea as to what they are doing and this is why it's important to have someone help to guide you.

Having a mentor will take you through the steps and let you know if you are making a mistake at the current time or if you have made some in the past.  A mentor is someone that has more experience in the particular field you are looking for help in, and they have to be someone that you can trust.

Remember it is easy to commit mistakes that without ever knowing about having committed them.  Having a mentor will pay for itself in routine fashion. For each individual’s situation, you need to find the right mentor for your current life’s ambitions or goals.

In order to succeed, in life as well as business, you will need to make sure that you find the right mentor. However, finding one can be one of the toughest things that we are ever made to do.  Though you might associate a "mentor" as someone that is older than you, a good idea is to simply just concentrate on their experience levels and knowledge of your chosen field.  The person does not need to be older but someone that can truly guide you the right way. Whether it is your boss, teacher, coach or even a family member, it is important that you choose one correctly.

I want to wish you all the best of luck during your own mentor searches.  I am currently on a search for a new mentor myself.  I had one for my past career pursuit and it paid off beyond enormously.  It was so useful that I was later able to open a new business in the household goods moving industry and operate successfully for almost five years.

A Leader Should Be Willing to Accept Responsibility

Who would forget the ever-famous line of Peter Parker’s grandfather, “With great power comes great responsibility.” The society expects Spiderman, a comic book, TV, and movie superhero, to be responsible for saving his town, or even the world, in some instances, from evil because he has super powers.

From all the episodes he appeared in, he never let us down. With the power he possesses, he makes sure to be responsible in using it for the good of the people around him.

Leadership is not at all different from being superheroes. Yes, you may not have super powers like Superman and Spiderman, but you have the authority to lead other people towards success. This is so much greater and stronger since it is a power that can be used by real people in this real world.

Hence, being a leader requires great sense of responsibility, the second quality a successful leader should attain.

The power to lead your people towards aiming your vision comes with responsibilities like making sure they are on the right direction, being aware of each and everyone’s tasks and mistakes, and putting them back on the right track when they get lost.

Who said it is easy to be a leader? Well, it is not…It comes with tons of responsibilities. True leaders are willing to accept them all.

There are instances where sometimes it makes us feel better to blame somebody or something else when something goes wrong in a task. However, this should not be practiced, especially by a good leader!

A leader should take full responsibility of a task - not just before he accepts to take it, but also after it has been accomplished. As much as he is responsible for his team’s success, he should also be responsible for any failure. He represents the whole team so whatever happens to it, he is the one responsible.

Making excuses and blaming something or someone else for failed jobs is not a quality of a good leader. What he should do, instead, is to accept the fact that something went wrong with the organization, even if it is not his fault. It is normal to make mistakes. In fact, mistakes are opportunities to learn something better. As a leader, he must ensure that the team members learn from these mistakes and that these errors will not be repeated next time.

You may not have full control over other people and are not expected to have full control over their actions, but you have full control of your own reactions. Knowing what to do over unexpected and unpredictable situations will make you responsible, hence giving you the feeling of power.

When Selling Online, Your First Impression Counts

When selling your ebook online you’ll want to get the highest number of sales and at the highest price. To accomplish this feat, you’re going to want to make a great first impression.

Use a sample of the audio available on the sales page that plays quickly and shows off both the quality of the audio sound and utilizes an enticing snippet from the ebook. 

Sometimes, it is beneficial to leave the listener hanging, so to speak, when using an audio sample in a sales page, so that they are inclined to buy, just to see how it finishes.

Make sure that the colors of the sample player buttons compliment the rest of the page and that everything flows together. 

You’ll also want to have on your page a good solid looking guarantee logo that looks official and exudes confidence in the way a sheriffs badge does.

This means that you can freely distribute, change, add or remove some parts of an original article without making any reference to the author or publisher. A little modification in the original material and you’re off to go and claim it as your own with your by-line.

PLR right products come in handy for people who are having difficulty in creating their own content or simply those who have no time to build one. Aside from that, there are literally hundreds of ways you can stretch PLR product limits. For instance, if you are planning to release an eBook about Arthritis you could simply grab PLR products relating to your niche. Private label rights products may include text, graphics and source codes which will ultimately help you in branding or rebranding yourself.

Here are a few ways on how you can do this with your PLR products:
